Rosé Colada

In the mood for a classic but wanting to add a twist? This tropical delight gets even better as the homemade frozen cubes add flavor to the drink. The only problem is, it'll be too good to wait! 
What You'll Need
  • Pina Colada cubes:
    • 8 oz Coco Lopez or cream of coconut
    • 8 oz water
    • 8 oz can pineapple tidbits
  • Rosé Colada:
    • 3 Pina Colada cubes
    • 3 oz Campo Viejo Rosé Cava
    • 2 oz limeade
    • Limes or cherries, for garnish
How You Make It
  • Pina Colada cubes:
    • Mix ingredients in a bowl
    • Pour into an ice cube tray
    • Freeze for 3-4 hours
    • Optional add in: 1 oz Malibu
  • Rosé Colada:
    • In a rocks glass, add Colada cubes
    • Add Cava and limeade
    • Garnish with an umbrella, cherry or slice of lime
